"The internet advertises amenities that are nit there and have not been there for 2 years."

"When we arrived the fire alarm was chirping. Almost an hour later someone came to put a battery in it(there was no battery). Room size was good. The bathroom was good except the tub. It looked like they tried to paint it and the drain was gross. The beds weren't terrible and the air-conditioning worked well. The small kitchen area was not very clean but not terribly dirty. The flooring was coming apart and the room wasn't painted fully. Breakfast: boiled eggs, waffle maker, bagels, packaged muffins, cereal. Coffee and juice. 2nd morning no coffee. I asked at the desk and they said it broke earlier in the morning. I would NOT stay here again. I'm not very picky but I really need what is advertised to be available... coffee. As someone else wrote I'm not sure where the good ratings came from. The staff were nice but my room was $280 for 2 nights and I expected a a but better . I also would've checked out immediately but had already prepaid. The photographer that took the pictures is extremely talented."

"Very disappointing experience. After staying for five nights, I booked two additional nights through Hotels.com and the reservation was accepted. When I went to the front desk, I was told there were no rooms available and was later informed they do not rent to local residents, a policy that was never disclosed beforehand. I felt treated unfairly and the situation was handled unprofessionally. Fortunately, Hotels.com helped relocate me to another hotel. Clear communication and respect for guests were lacking. I would not stay here again."

"We loved this place from the moment we arrived!! The view was stunning!! Inside we found a clean, spacious, well appointed lobby with friendly employees. Our room was HUGE, well furnished with comfortable beds, a desk, sofa, small table and seating hassock. The TV was a nice size, the bathroom perfect and the mini fridge and microwave in its own space made it feel more like home. The whole property was clean and bright. Breakfast was delicious, hot and refilled BEFORE necessary! We LOVED our stay here and hope to return soon!!"

"The best parts of our stay were the employees and the beds. The desk attendants, both in the evening when we arrived and in the morning, were so cheerful and helpful! The employee who prepared and attended to the breakfast was also very nice. And there were lots of food options for vegetarians. The bed made us feel like Goldilocks—not too hard, not to soft, but just right! We slept really well."
