「We booked a non smoking room, But it is full smoke smell and we are not able to sleep. Going forward don’t show this hotel and its group in my search list please」

「Did not have towels in our room after we gave them our used ones, went to the desk to get more and they said sorry I only have hand towels and wash clothes, so we had to dry off with hand towels. The carpet is very dirty, must put shoes on asap you get out of the shower or your feet will be dirt.」

「Terrible smell throughout the entire building. AC was set at 60 and blowing warm air. Bed was very uncomfortable. Sketchy people hung around outside the building.」

「The property is poorly maintained. Trash everywhere. Ice machine is not functioning. Carpet in room was filthy. Rooms smell of mold. TV remote was sticky. Refrigerator didn't chill. Finally, be advised...they have a 48 hour check out rule if you are leaving the room early. Must notify them 2 days in advance of checking out if you want to cancel. Otherwise they keep your money. No exceptions. Won't go back.」

「If you just need a place for stay and shower around airport , the price is the best. If you want enjoy the stay, it’s not a good choice. Not too bad, just a mold smell in the room. 」
