「Felt like i received a little attitude because i booked through third party. For the money spent, it was an excellent value. Things like dirty stained carpet in elevator, hallways the same. The room was spacious but those couches are rough, so hard! Had coffee/tea in room plus refrigerator. Breakfast buffet was adequate also. Overall, it was okay. Would not have wanted to pay full price.」

「The room was OK but the beds were very uncomfortable. Perhaps other rooms booked directly with the hotel offered better beds - it’s hard to say, but judging from our check in experience this hotel has some serious issue with Expedia. On our arrival the front desk attendant insisted that there was no reservation for us and that we needed to call Expedia to resolve this issue while I had papers in my hands with the confirmation of the booking.
