“This is an absolutely lovely cabin nestled in a wonderful lakeside gem of a community. Our family had a truly excellent stay at the end of our long summer - just in time for our little guy to start kindergarten. The house is super charming, roomy, well furnished, and has everything you might want! There are plenty of family fun activities in the area, the beach on the lake is close and very well kept, and there's even a community pool with great snacks and even more fun. My family near froze to death. The property owner was obviously aware of the problem because when we arrived they had set out a few space heaters. “We had a relaxing stay at this VRBO. Big Bass Lake had terrific amenities and the setting was perfect for a getaway. The house was clean and it was so convenient to have a bathroom next to each bedroom, each with a shower! The kids enjoyed the books and toys. Kitchen was good for cooking a few small meals, and we also enjoyed eating from Passing the Thyme and Lombardi’s.”

The house was the perfect size for my family, with 2 queen bedrooms on the first floor, and a loft on the second floor with 2 queen beds. “I need to be as comprehensive as possible as the host deserves the kudos. What a great experience. Upon our arrival (about 3pm), and we entered a sparkling clean home. Everything was new and we quickly settled in for 2 great nights. The matresses were all spectacular. One important thing is to read Stephanie's webpage and be sure to make advanced dinner reservations at the larger restaurants - perhaps the weekend before your actual arrival.
