“We (two adults and two teens) just spent a weekend at the cottage. The best part of the cottage is that there are two sofa beds in the living room. My daughter and son each got their own bed, which was way better than a hotel room. Also, Andrew is a great host. He responded to my questions timely. The backyard is huge, with lovely swings and a fire pit. Unfortunately, it has been raining during our stay, so we were not able to make use of the yard much. But I can imagine that sitting on the deck……

“Great location in Lake Mokoma. I’ve stayed at 3 different properties over the past 3 yrs at LM & this is by far my favorite. Beach within walking distance and property accessible to running/walking trails throughout Lake Mokoma. Quiet in the evenings and all of the necessities were provided- towels/linens and coffee pods! Would definitely visit Katonah House again! Super enjoyed time spent reading in the evenings in the enclosed porch and happy hour on the front porch. Kayaks were available……

“Quaint and rustic with all you need (except a can opener!! LOL.) Loved the 30 second ride to Knoebels - priceless. We brought food and enjoyed breakfast on the back patio. The creek is a nice backdrop to relax to. Overall a great place to stay! Thank You Tiffany and Scott!”

“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We were in town for the World’s End Ultra Marathon and were so grateful to have the cabin as our home base just 15 minutes from the trail. We’re looking forward to coming back again next year!”

“The property was clean and easy to find.We had a box fan we used at a previous VRBO in Sullivan County and this was helpful to have during the "heat wave" while we were vacationing.The sparkling water and bottle of wine were a nice welcome.”

“This was just what I was looking for, as a place for our family to get away, visit, relax and play. It was perfect! Spacious and cozy.”

“The home was spacious yet cozy, and packed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including extra linens and kitchen appliances that made it easy to cook for our large group. The fireplaces and the foggy, misty mornings were a treat and the group took advantage of the great location close to hiking trails and overlooks. Overall, we would definitely come back! P.S. the rental agency was 10/10”
