"Security Has a stationed guard with an AR rifle right in front of the desk, which is also bulletproof glass and an armored SUV hummer. It definitely not a good place to bring your family but just a quick stop to sleep overnight by yourself, there were 4 incidents within a 2 mile radius that included one stabbing. Someone getting shot, someone getting killed, and a fire that was started in the neighborhood. All within that single night that I stayed. Philadelphia rough neighborhood."

"The staff and restaurant host were great. The room was clean and very livable. The noise came on Friday night from children on 12th floor playing in hallway. It was a treat for my granddaughter so she really enjoyed the pool and breakfast and comfort of sleeping in. Thank everyone for good service."

"Went to Philly for a quick trip and took a gamble on this boutique hotel - a gamble that more than paid off. Anna & Bel was a little oasis. Our room had a small patio with a view of the pool, plus a little kitchen/bar hidden in a cabinet. Every toiletry item you could think of was available, and truly the bath towels were the softest I've ever felt at a hotel. The staff was all quite helpful and kind. We will be back!"

"They had issues with the elevators. Housekeeping came and only did trash leaving behind towels and never brought new ones. When you call the front desk for help, they apologize and say it will be handled and that NEVER happens lol. Had to go down there and pile up towels, tissue, and washcloths in my hands from the front desk. The room in the iron didn't work and that took 1.5 days to get a new one for some reason. Gym was fair and so was pool. Room was nice and you can walk to some places to eat nearby."
