2/10 Terrible

"I got to check in after leaving a concert and they gave my room away causing me to have no where to stay for the night. The guy at the front desk said that he could book me for the next day instead and asked for my name and that was it. When we asked him if he needed my phone number or email or card number he acted confused and said he didn’t understand. I will never try and stay here again. Very disappointed and it ruined my weekend."

"This is a great hotel! Great location, beautiful on the outside and excellent parking. This is a newer hotel so it looks visually appealing and modern, has the cutest outside sitting area, a great bar, and the restaurant is delicious! The rooms are of course perfect, the showers are large with good water pressure and the beds are comfortable. My only feedback is I thought the staff weren’t overly friendly or helpful. They weren’t mean but not forward facing with the customer service. For this beautiful hotel, I would expect over the top customer service. Nonetheless, this was a great hotel and I would absolutely stay again."

"I would satay again. We came in for the Roots Picnic. It will say place was clean. We chose this property to experience some of Philly’s roots! There were minor issues like only having only having one set of towel and washcloths. The room has some upgrades but you can tell they were put up poorly, the toilet roll hanger would not hold the toilet tissue. The shower needed a better scrub and there was now where to place the toiletries in the shower. The electrical sockets. Needed Atleast one by the bed. There was a table that had the plug ins which I think a small table with the device plugs attached would work. Minor things! Great stay"
