「The accommodations were perfect for the Day After gathering for out of town guests for our son and daughter-in-law. Thank you for letting us stay in the home.Check out was simple and easy. We appreciated that after a long celebration.」

「Loved our stay! Perfect spot for our destination and many available options for eating and such. The unit was very clean and parking was not a problem. AC was a little too cold during the early part of night. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a better place to stay VS a Hotel.」

「didn't like - at night when arrived could not see anyting anywhere - blue butterfly too small. Door code we were given did not work. NO AIR conditioning - thermostat was broken - too hot inside. Asked to take out the trash and wash the dishes. Outside fired pit was not ready to go. Couldn't use no instructions. Liked - bed, shower, large tv, toilet, view」

The suite had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and Julie, the host, was extremely friendly, Check-in and check-out was super easy and the location was perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend Julie’s cozy place. 」

「Mary is very friendly and accommodating! Excellent communication and the place is wonderful! I stayed for 7 weeks and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was clean and ready to use when I arrived. The batteries in one of the fire alarms went out and Mary and her husband fixed it asap. I also really appreciated the heated steps when it was needed! I had everything I needed in the kitchen and loved how much was provided in general, including some board and card games! I...

「How was great. The space was central to everything really. We were a short drive to highlands ranch and springs. Castle rock has everything you need. While we stayed it snowed and the staff t the location had everything shoveled and salted when needed. Quiet location and it has everything in the unit you need. Laundry place to prep and store food and easy clean up with dishwasher. 10/10!! 」

「The way this was described was a “family cabin”. The pictures were amazing. The cabin is split and made into 2 sleeping rooms with kitchen. We shared a water heater with the other tenants. Not a lot of hot water once they showered. The check in - we DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL as stated with instructions on how we are checking in. Since I never received notification we had to call. If you want as close to primitive as possible - this is your place.」
