“距离市中心做SBahn20分钟左右的距离。酒店公寓出来就是车站。酒店附近是居民住宅区，有大型超市Aldi，Rewe，还有DM。酒店附近的餐馆经济实惠老板热情客气。看到很多德国老人在小酒馆里面喝酒打牌。像极了北京的小饭店。酒店房间宽敞，有厨房，可以买东西自己煮简单的东西吃。1.5欧元买个硬币就可以在地下室洗衣服。对于在外很久的游客非常需要。”

“Nous n’avons rien à redire, les locaux sont comme indiqués, c’est très calme autour et parfait pour notre séjour, chambre propre etc ”

“Hotel staff is nice. Few station by metro to city Center and to MOC. Self check-in. So must remember to register before check-in to get QR code for entrance. ”

“Schöne Unterkunft”

“Das Hotel hat keine eigene Rezeption, man muss in das Nebenhotel gehen. Die Hotels sind aber miteinander verbunden, was völlig in Ordnung war. Es gab genug Plätze in der Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig). Die Sauberkeit war allerdings ein großes Minus. Es wird scheinbar nur dort gesaugt, wo es direkt sichtbar ist. Unter dem Bett und der Couch lagen Staub, Essensreste und andere Gegenstände. Auch das Geschirr beim Frühstück war leider teilweise alt und nicht richtig sauber. Wir waren insgesamt sehr……

“Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.”

“Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. The room is clean and tidy, with a comfy bed. One of the toilet paper rolls was partially wet, so only one clean roll was……

“The apartments are well located (a few stations by U5 from HBhf). Ours was ample, with nice parket floors, new bathroom installation, good light and ventilation. Usable kitchen. The only issue was that it was very dusty. A more thorough removal of dust in the floor and corners prior to arrivals would be much better. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but it was also full of dust.”
