Notes: Parking has a daily charge. The doors are really heavy. You are a short distance from Old Town but traffic and parking are challenging in Munich so add 30-45 minutes to your travel times. ”

“Mir wurde dieses Hotel empfohlen und dafür bin ich dankbar. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett - auch wenn teilweise eher wenig Erfahrung. Es wird englisch oder portugiesisch gesprochen (Hotelkette in Rio de Janeiro gegründet). Die Zimmer sind hübsch. Es hat alles was es braucht. Die Zimmer werden nur im 3-Tages-Rhythmus gereinigt. Dafür wird für jede Übernachtung pro Person 1 Dollar für arme Leute in Brasilien gespendet. Das Frühstück ist begrenzt aber absolut genügend für das gute……

“Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. "Brand new hotel in town. Very convenient location to the hbf and other public transport, could also walk to the old town. Everything was brand new, clean with modern design, fully equipped kitchen. Room was pretty spacious. Staff were super friendly. First time experiencing such contactless door unlocking function, may not be super ideal for elderly. The hotel offered free tea and coffee, some confectionery and stuff at the public area, allowing you to chill or refresh yourself. It was a few days into their opening , the staff were still modifying some parts of the building and there was a bit of the unpleasant smell in the public accessible parts but was fine inside the room. A point to note, the door to shower and toilet was glass and completely transparent, even when there was curtains between the living room & kitchen/ toilet & shower / bedroom, it was still a little embarrassed for my family when using the facility, had to inform everyone before using the toilet and shower and try not to pass by. Otherwise, pleasant stay in general. "
