「This tiny home was perfect for my weeklong stay. The space was well-furnished with everything I needed, and kitchen was especially well-furnished. The bed was comfortable, and the space appointed with a large screen tv. I enjoyed a few nights at the fire pit in the yard adjacent to the unit. The unit is also only blocks away from the Kentucky River and beautiful sunsets. Donna was very responsive to my questions and needs. I will definitely be back! 」

「The view was amazing! Hot tub was super clean (needs a new lid) house was very clean! Owner was great to work with!The dock was further away than the pictures made it seem and it was not accessible to my husband who has a bad back bc it was very steep. But!! It had everything a family would I need to have lots of fun at the lake!」

「Awesome place. Stocked with many and all items needed for a relaxing secluded time on the water. Lots of things for our teens to do to keep them entertained. The stairs down to the water were a little challenging, but gave us a good cardio workout to burn some calories. highly recommend to those who want to get away and relax. Remember to bring what you need ,it a good 40 minutes to grab a gallon of milk or loaf of bread. That being said the Downs House was wonderful and you won't be...

「This cottage was so beautiful, peaceful and serene. From the way it was decorated on the inside, which included a sweet note and gift of bread, to the stunning water and sunset views on the outside. The host and everyone we met here were so kind and helpful. A relaxing vacation in nature by the water, filled with a community of wonderful people. We hope to return soon!!! 」
