「We had a wedding in town and had a great stay in this lovely apartment. The beds are very comfortable, great couches and dining area to gather in. We appreciated having a parking spot, and not having to search for street parking. Communication with owner was prompt.」

「The garden themed accommodations were clean and cheerful. There were common areas in the kitchen, living room and sunroom. The sunroom had plenty of space with seating for my family of six whilst overlooking the Hudson and New York skyline. This is where we spent most of our time together in the space. 「very good location, felt safe when arriving at the place past midnight, property owner is helpful and communicative, and good supply of amenities. We would stay here again… and honestly the place design was better than listed. However there can be improvement in cleanliness and few hardware features of the place.」

「The location was great however the description of the rental unit was off a bit. It looks like the description has been updated recrntly so it seems like it will be good for future stays. Overall decent stay- would recommend pest control as we noticed ants in the bedrooms. (No food was around). Great location- easy to commute to the city.」

「We stayed for 2 days, overall the house is clean and most of our needs were met. Although, there was no paper towel available so we have to go buy it ourselves but there is a convenient store close by so it wasn't a hassle at all. Also, there were only 2 clean towels, wished there were more since we booked for 6 adults and 1 a baby. But it is a good thing I brought a couple of towels with me so it worked out good. The location is very convenient because it is so close to the Holland Tunnel, so...
