“The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all. Staff was good, BUT the day before we left at 10 a,m one of the staff members walked into our room without knocking, apparently he was in the wrong room, luckily for us, my wife and I were not being naked and intimate on the sofa again at that time. “Great location near the Russian Market with many options for both local and international food. It was convenient to have our own kitchen for breakfasts and a washing machine for laundry. Nice rooftop for the view, small gym and pool table. Good value for travelling with someone or for a small family.”

However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention……
