“I was a little worried before arriving having looked at some of the reviews on google after I had booked but I was really happy with the accommodation, which was newly refurbished, very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great with easy access either walking or on public transport to both Old and New Town. The host was responsive to questions I had prior to my arrival and the key collection was easy to follow. I also received my security deposit back within 24 hours as promised……

“The apartment was located on the ground floor, with huge windows painted white, preventing passersby from looking in. This prevented us from seeing any daylight during our stay in the apartment. Due to the ground-level location, the street noise and people passing by made it difficult to sleep. The place didn't feel fresh. As the property description mentioned parking, I thought there would be some parking space, but the reality was different, and I had to park at the Palladium parking lot,……

“The worst hotel I have ever stay! Poor facility! Poor management! No hot water to shower! This hotel only make 10000 excuses to cover their fault! 一生人住過最差酒店/公寓！ 在布拉格只有3度寒冷天氣下，也只能沖冰凍水涼，連續住4晚，酒店拒絕換房，亦表示暫時未能維修、因熱水系統正在預訂。為拖延旅客不滿，酒店每日都捏造很多藉口，更一度主動表示給予折扣，當然，只是他們拖延技倆，到最後一分錢也沒減，甚至連對不起也沒有。 除了熱水系統失靈外，房間清潔亦是一個大問題，還有，晚，當你捱凍水沖涼後上床睡覺，你會在半夜聽到房間出現不尋常聲音，包括杯子在枱上劃過的聲響，對愛好挑戰旅客來說，也不失為一個選擇。”
