"There were not many hotel options in the area for us to spend the night while we attended a wedding. This was the closest one to the venue. The room was clean but did not come with some toiletries we're used to at other hotel chains. The internet was fine. We didn't get to use the pool or the gym but, both looked fine. My biggest concern was with the staff at the front desk. When we arrived, the lady's attitude was not the best. No smile, no "welcome to the Holiday Inn Express". Just a: "checking in?" Later that evening, we went to the convenience area to buy bottled water and when we couldn't find any in the machine, we asked the lady and she said: "We ran out", with this careless look on her face, as if it wasn't important to have drinking water for your guests. There wasn't any other form of getting drinking water in the entire hotel, so we had to get in our car and drive to the closest gas station to get water. "
