“Very nice, well-appointed, clean property in a great location just 2 minutes from downtown Durango. Property owners/managers were accessible and responsive. One note to future guests is that the main bedroom (with the King bed) is a loft and therefore not entirely private. The en suite bathroom to the lofted main bedroom is also open to the communal areas on the 1st and 2nd floors by way of the bathroom walls not going all the way to the ceiling. The bathroom sounds, therefore, may travel over……
