「Very nice property. It was surprising how quiet the interior was with it being right on a main road. The only dips were the water dispenser and the ice maker in the freezer not working and the upstairs could use a better air conditioner. The bathroom window upstairs wouldn't stay open so we could let the cooler evening air blow through. Other than that, very nice and comfortable to be at and base out of for a few days.」

「The experience was so cool, cows, prairie dogs, a badger and other assorted wildlife all around the area of the house. The road in was a bit rough but the location up on the ridge was beautiful. Could see for miles in all directions. The only thing that was a bit spotty in the tiny house was the TV reception via the Internet. Sometimes it was difficult to connect. However, I spent lots of time exploring the area around Cortez, so it did not make that much of an issue. Would definitely stay there...

「loved the space!!! so much room. We were in town for a family reunion. the others in the hotel in town (2 miles away) spent more money. Loved the blankets for the couches. Only thing we didn't notice from the listing was that one bedroom can only be entered by walking through the other bedroom. It wasn't an issue for us, but it might be an issue for others if they didn't notice. Perfect space for small family to get away. close to Mesa Verde.」
