「設備新穎，且廚房設備與廚具齊全且品質優良，客廳非常大，有藍芽音響可以使用，裝潢設計優良，兩間房間大小都不小，共用一間衛浴，周邊環境安靜，距離商店區只需走路三分鐘，缺點為沒有電梯。」

「住所整潔乾淨，交通方便，即使步行到中央車站只需10分鐘，房東回答問題反應快，及即時解決。美中不足如果有提頭髮氣筒就更好，另外浴室洗面盤如果大小小和有溫水供應就更好，但這倆個不是大問題。」

「Such a great studio located very close to the central train station with plenty of connectivity to other parts of the city. Quiet neighbourhood and the property has nice views outside its windows. The host communicated all essential information via email before check in and everything was smooth! I stayed alone but it might be comfortable for 2-3 people if one person needs to sleep on the couch. Leaving it with half a heart and hoping to return if in Rotterdam again!」

「The room is eclectic. Lighting fixtures hanging from the ceiling remains from a coop store. A bathroom that is separated from the room by a brick wall. Very practical for a single traveler as myself. The community kitchen was nice and coffee great. I throughly enjoyed my visit and will return someday.」

「Le logement n'est pas très grand bien sûr vu que ca reste un bateau, mais il est très agréable et fonctionnel. Avec climatiseur, parfait qd le soleil tape un peu trop fort sur l'embarcation.」
