“Buen lugar para pasar en familia, excelentes instalaciones y espectacular vista. Sin duda regresaremos.”

“When we arrived we were not provided a door code to get in the building and waited out front going over all the emails in case we just missed seeing the code, to no avail. Eventually a man opened the door but he wasn't the host but he did build the hotel. He finally whatsapped the host to find out which room was ours, but again we were given no code. The ring camera at the door didnt work either. Had he not opened the door by mere chance we never would have been able to get in and we would……

“We stayed at Playa Caracol Resort for one week. While the beach and natural surroundings were beautiful, our overall experience was disappointing due to the location and transportation challenges. The resort is quite remote and is best suited for guests with their own vehicle. We arrived at Panama City Airport and paid $100 for a taxi to the resort. The trip took about two hours. The final section of the drive was along a narrow road through a sparsely populated area, which felt uncomfortable,……

“I had such a tranquil experience at this resort. Jovany is amazing and so helpful! It was my first time in Panama and this place welcomed me and it felt like home. I am definitely coming back. My secret sanctuary ❤️❤️”

“The host was very accommodating. Check in was very easy. We enjoyed the beach club, the onsite pool and pool bar. Everything was clean and tidy. ”

“This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. We called the phone number listed on Expedia countless times, and every single time the number was disconnected. There was absolutely no way to reach the owner of the apartment. Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all. Because we had no way of knowing where we were supposed to go or how to access the property, we made the……

“From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info. Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but……

“My family and I absolutely loved our stay! It had everything we wanted: pool, close to the beach, safe, kitchen and more. It’s a bit small but for our family of 5, we felt it was a nice fit for one night. The host was amazing. Very prompt to respond. He had bottle waters for us and provided coffee and tea for us as well. There was a small issue we came across and we quickly responded to resolve it. Completely recommend!”

“Super clean room, great location right on the beach . Clear concise check in instructions from host. Accurate pics of the room ”

“La cabaña de Crystal es impecable, una excelente limpieza y atencion, es una cabaña echa con mucho amor y se siente una gran paz. Me encanto.”

“Took some cleaning, sparse utensils and towels, refrigerator could use a good defrosting. ”
