“The property was clean, the people were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a little far from the airport at 2 plus hours. Besides that the resort was nice. The beach was really a beach. The black sands were beautiful. The entertainment was cool. The 4 pools were helful. The sound of the ocean at night is priceless. Late April the temp was great also. My 1st Riu hotel visit but it most definitely will not be my last. I had a great time. It was for my daughter's 30th bday. Thanks”

“What I first noticed, that it was an older building but how well maintained it was. The staff was friendly and I found my translator (as I don't speakSpanish) was a must. I found that Talking translator was a great option for me. If you download it, you'll see why The cleaning staff was great. My room was always neat and tidy and they were very friendly. I was located on the 5th floor and my cleaning lady was very attentive with a great personality. Thank you”
