"Enjoyed my stay it was perfect for my solo trip! Room was fine bu wish there was a chair and table to enjoy on the balcony. Downside was not having any usb ports by the bed or at the desk. It’s 2026 please upgrade the bedside lamps with USB’s. Also elevators are the smallest I’ve ever been in so during peak times you may have to wait to get on. But despite these things overall I enjoyed my stay. "

"The spa was amazing, I never went to a spa that washes your feet before a massage. What an amazing experience. Job well done. The hotel was so nice and our room omg just beautiful, we stayed in the supreme corner room and enjoyed every moment. Next time we have to stay a longer time because our 5 days and 4 nights went by so quickly. Keep up the good work to all the staff, front desk staff, room service staff and house keeping were all amazing. Thank you all. "

"Very nice property. No AC in any areas other than room and that would only get to 74 degrees Fahrenheit, even though we put it on 68 degrees. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Alexandro. Restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner."
