「We had an excellent experience. Lynley, the property manager, was incredible. She responds immediately and takes care of the property very well. There were a few things that needed attention but very minor. It was not an upscale place, but very affordable and in a neighborhood with lots of families close together. It was the perfect location to lots of things to see and do in Richmond. 」

「Overall, our group had a pleasant time but there were a few things that effected our stay: We were given two different unit numbers for check-in, which caused some minor confusion. The apartment was not as clean as we would have liked; the toilet bowls were pink, the washer clearly has mold growing inside it, and most of the floors could have done with a good vacuum mopping. 「House was immaculate. The location is prime. With a bakery next door and a park just blocks away you can't beat this location. We were 2 miles away from the riverfront venue we were in town for. The neighborhood is safe and quaint. 」

「The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units. 」

「Location AWESOME! Easy walk to VMFA and Carytown shops and restaurants! Charmingly renovated and decorated antique property Plenty of hot water for showers. Bedrooms are off the street and protected from traffic noise. Coffee and snacks generous and much appreciated Hope to stay here again! 」

「Great location and wonderful access to restaurants and park. Owner was very helpful with recommendations. This house was very clean and perfect for our needs. Very dog friendly location! :)」

「The owner was very prompt and clear in communication, lives in the same building, so greeted us warmly, the property was clean and cozy and well appointed. The neighborhood is close to so many sites we wanted to see. Parking can be a little challenging in that area, but nothing we weren't able to work around.」

「This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!」

「Very nice place in the middle of Carytown. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning rocked. It was in the upper 90s outside and the apartment stayed wonderfully cool. 」

「Well maintained, clean and ideal for my 5 adult out of town extended family members who where staying in town for my son's wedding. The layout provided sufficient space, as well as enough privacy for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location was extremely convenient, with easy access to stores, restaurants, downtown and mid-town. Would definitely recommend it and would book it again if an occasion arises.」
