"We loved the hotel, staff, and our room with great windows. Breakfast is great. One thing I would have liked is more shelf space, counter space or dresser, there was very little furniture to unpack, or spaces in the bathroom for my things. "

"A very unexciting hotel. I was expecting more for the almost $200 price, but that's Switzerland. Fast food is over $20. T shirts $30-40. The room was tiny, hard to put away my things. The outlet had a rim around it, so I could not insert my European adapter, but the hotel loaned me one. No refrigerator or safe that I could see. So very spare, but location was great, right in Old Town and a short walk to the train station. Be warned that there are a lot of stairs to reception. Found out later if you walk a good distance around the block you can find a less challenging entrance, but with multiple bags I chose the main entrance and got help going down the stairs when I left. Serviceable but nothing more. They did have CNN. though."

"It is an old property. We almost fry at night be cause there was not AC and the room was very hot. Bathroom shower wouldn’t drain. I don’t recommend this hotel "
