"Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm."

"To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time.
