「I have stayed here a second time with my family and I am very appreciative of a staff (Yash) he is very helpful and nice to help us when we have problems and solve them immediately. If another staff was helpful as well this apartment is excellent. Overall the apartment facility is great. The apartment is near the DLR station so letting us go everywhere was convenient. 「The accommodation was very clean and the host was very accommodating as we were stuck in traffic and arrived very late. The flat is about 10-15 mins walk from Woolich Elizabeth Line station and the connections to Central London are pretty decent. The apartment is river facing and views during sunrise and sunset are very beautiful. Overall satisfied with this flat and will use them again. 」

"The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake. "
