"Well equipped house, spacious living room and kitchen area. Beautiful view. Well connnected to various ski areas in Kärnten. It's a wooden house, and the inside temprature could have been set a bit higher as it was mostly around 19-21 C during the day (oitside 0-5 C). But otherwhise we had a really nice stay."

"Wir waren von der Wohnung begeistert:reichlich Schlafräume, ein großes, kombiniertes Ess-, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, 2 Bäder und ein Gäste-WC, Balkon und Terrasse. Nicht zu vergessen, der ausgebaute Dachboden mit Stockbett!Garten und Terrasse konnten wir wetterbedingt leider nur wenig nutzen. Perhaps a check box somewere on web ? 2nd - most info related to this property is about the main interrest - the diving. None about the winter season. It would be enough to mention the Gerlitzen web I guess. Anyway - the host was always responsive and helpful and we were able to communicate in EN which was great. "Surprisingly quiet and peaceful place to stay for overnight trips to the south and back. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and even a walk or bike ride just outside the hotel. There is also the possibility to store bicycles. The only minor downside is the soft mattresses. Otherwise, satisfied "
