「We got an envelope with instructions to get into the apt and the door code. Two of the digits were transposed. The door lock freezes out after a few incorrect attempts, so we spent 10 minutes at 1am thinking we were crazy. We did eventually call the emergency maintenance #, and the guy did eventually read the correct code and we figured out what happened. There was no soap for the showers.
