「Nice quiet place in the heart of dt Kitchener」

「The property is good for a solo or couple who require accommodation. The host supplied the basic toiletries and kitchen supplies. The neighborhood is quiet.」

「A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!」

「the check-in process is clear and easy to follow, and the property is clean and well-stocked, with toiletries, towels, and supplies for coffee and tea. the furniture is comfortable, and both wifi and roku tv are provided. hosts are kind and communicative. the location is super convenient: there is a plaza nearby with a grocery store, bank, lcbo, gas station, etc. and the hosts provide a list of nearby restaurants and takeaway locations.」

「The host was very cooperative and responded in a timely manner to all queries. The property was as described and met all expectations.」

「The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I was completely satisfied with my stay, especially the great location and the patio. Tim Hortons and Central Market were just a five-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Communication was excellent, with very quick responses throughout my stay, including check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kitchener!」

「Very clean and host is very nice. It’s a cozy place, although it’s smaller than I thought. Pictures made it seem bigger」

「My friend and I were in town for work and stayed here for the week. Check in was easy and the unit was very clean. We had everything that we needed, our stay was comfortable, and the host was very communicative and thoughtful!」
