「This property is very beautiful. We loved the screened porch. It is close to Keeneland, which we were going to. The pictures are very accurate. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. Eric, the property manager, was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer questions that we had. I would rent it again if we have a group go to Keeneland. 」

「Great large house with plenty of areas to gather for large groups. Wonderful outdoor patio with grill and fire pit to enjoy beautiful Kentucky sunsets. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials, extra refrigerator and nice bar area with an ice machine. Limited TV station options, so make sure you have a streaming service for live events, ballgames, etc. Ten minutes from Castle & Key, Woodford Reserve and Buffalo Trace. Twenty minutes to Keeneland. 」

「Info provided for directions was helpful since GPS did get confused... ours switched the names of the last 2 roads, but we were prepared and found it even though it was dark! It is a small condo, but worked for our purpose of a place to stay while touring some distilleries. Suggestion to help with the tiny bathroom... maybe another mirror with a table/shelf outside the bathroom or a table/ shelf in the bedroom so you could use the mirror there. Thank you! 」

「The property is misrepresented in the listing. It is not a non-smoking apartment but is a sketchy motel room that has definitely been smoked in. The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic wrap. It was dirty and we couldn’t stay there. We had to book another room for the night which was amazing.」

「The land the cottage was on was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the goats and other animals. The cottage was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. Our hosts were great. Very easy to communicate and helpful. It is in a great location. Out in the country, but not far from shops and restaurants. 」

「This is our 4th time staying at this property and definitely not our last. Kelley is fantastic! There is a wonderful pizza joint within walking distance. Buffalo Trace is about 5-6 min drive. Poppy ‘s Bakery ( thank you Kelley for the delicious surprise on our door Saturday morning) is a must and we found a hole in the wall joint for breakfast not far down the road, Shelby’s. Would we recommend this property to stay… ABSOLUTELY!!! 」

「The place was clean and as advertised any communication withbthe owner was answered immediately and on on Saturday morning checkout we had a box of fresh delicious donuts on our door. It was a nice touch!!」
