「This was a terrible place. I don't recommend it at all especially if travelling with minors. The hotel failed to communicate that they were cleaning the pool with chemicals. There was no sign or notice. We took our children for a early swim when all the sudden our kids started coughing. We got out immediately and the children ended up having a horrible reaction to the pool chemicals. We had to call a doctor due to the rashes. It was a terrible experience for us. Also, the hotel online...

「The pool was right out our door. The vegetation that was around the pool made it perfect we could follow the shade around. Very quite. Had the pool to ourselves most weekdays. The condo was very clean. No complaints about either bed. Both bedrooms as well as the living area had new air conditioners. The condo is priced accordingly for its location. We felt very safe. Double security of a person at the front gate into our block as well as a keyed gate into our individual condo/ pooled area. The...

「Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend **book any other unit in this complex except this one!Our experience at this VRBO condo in Ixtapa was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found no toilet paper or trash bags, and the condo was not clean. The television never worked properly, and we had ongoing issues with hot water throughout our stay.Communication with the property owner was frustrating—responses were delayed, and the owner came across as extremely cheap. To make matters worse, we...
