This property used to be a decent as most holiday inn express’s,the last couple years they have people living there.kids going to school. The hallways smell like pet urine. The breakfast is sub-par for holiday inn express’s.i believe due to people living there full time.and abusing the breakfast amenities .ING should drop this location-

Do not stay here! Haven't stayed in a dive like this in a long time. Floor molding missing, paint around windows looked like it had been painted by a toddler, dirt buildup in the corners in the bathroom, no extra roll of PT, only 2 towels in the room, so had to go get more, no creamer at coffee bar, but the kicker was the room next to us, noisy little kids with no adults present until 10:30 when mom came back and started screaming at the kids, causing many guests to open their doors to see what was going on. We will never stay here again.

One of the reasons I booked this Hotel was because they said they had a pool. But when I got there the water was green and the pool was not open the entirw time I was there. This diappointed me. I was also disappointed that they did not have a restaurant, but this was my issue as they did not say they had one. Besides that it was a very good stay. Very nice rooom and staff.

Check in was a disaster. It seems they checked in someone else on our name. Not sure how is that even possible. I was given an upgrade for a king suite. I have attached pictures of the room. Roof is leaking and there is water on AC. Toilet seat is at 30 degree angle and water was on the floor. Informed the front desk staff but response was not adequate. Breakfast was as good but the juice machine was not working and all juices were very warm. Staff tried to keep jugs in the fridge but it could not keep up with the demand. Elevator is horrible and wall in front of elevator is kept together with the tape on which they have painted!! Expecting a minimum service and clean facility is not too much to ask I believe.

This Holiday Inn was horribly maintained. The outside landscaping was nothing but high-growing weeds and scattered cigarette butts. The garbage containers were overflowing with garbage. In the back parking lot two rats were seen going in and out of the large garbage container in which the surrounding area was just gross . Our bathroom floor was mopped with crud in all the corners. Our room smelled like dirty socks, and who knows what all the stains on the carpet tiles were from. There was broken ceramic tile around the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.
