My wife and I were visiting family and decided on this great place in lieu of a hotel.. what a great choice! excellent location, great amenities in the house and overall a wonderful experience. highly recommended

Great place to stay

Had a great visit. The property was perfect for us during our annual fishing trip. Loved keeping the boat in the water and property is close to several nice boat ramps. Plenty of nice restaurants close by and the grill was nice. Only issue I had was parking out front. There a several potholes on the street and my truck was totally covered in mud before I knew it was happening. Overall a great experience and I would love to be a guest again in the future.

Perfect Escape

The Lake St Clair home was exactly as described; clean, comfy and in a great location. We were able to host a dinner for our son and his family. Our Grandson even caught several fish! We had a relaxing, fun-filled trip. Will be sure to stay again when visiting the “city”.

Very Nice place

We had a very nice time. Nice place on the canal. We were there for fishing in the spring. If you have a boat and trailer, pay attention to the owners instructions, they were very helpful.

Mother Daughter Time

Such a warm and inviting space to spend much needed mother daughter time. Property was a perfect place to stow away and cook and watch movies to play cards and laugh. We highly recommend this beautiful listing.

Place to stay at St Clair!

Home exceeded expectations! Super clean, centrally located and has a terrific outdoor patio area with a combo gas/charcoal grill with patio table and chairs. The hosts have thought of everything to make this a true full accommodations rental. You will not be disappointed.

St Clair fishing

Very nicely appointed place. Excellent appliances. Only negatives are the narrow road and no parking for a boat trailer. Canal is less than 2’ deep and desperately needs dredged to allow boats to travel through without pulling mud and algae into motor cooling water intakes

Very cozy & clean!

This house was so cozy and clean! All major updates have been completed, including new state of the art appliances. Our family stayed here during the Christmas holiday and Ashlee and Mike Davis were so accommodating! There were several nice touches around the house, from holiday decorations, a nice bottle of wine and even a decorated Christmas tree! We felt like we were at home opening presents by the tree and cozy fireplace. We also hosted Christmas Eve dinner and Ashlee and Mike made sure we had all the cookware necessary to do so. They even included free coffee! They were very responsive and I loved that they accepted our two dogs so graciously and even set out dog bowls! This was definitely the best house rental we have stayed at. We home to come back next year. Thank you Ashlee and Mike!
