Room was great, other than the ice machine in the refrigerator didn't work. Front desk gave us plenty of ice to get through the weekend. Breakfast had something to be desired Saturday morning, ran out of food, and coffee. The food that was there was cold. Only one person trying to take care of everything. Sunday was much better.

Nice, clean, and comfortable room. Staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaints are the pool was very cloudy looking and the people in the room above us were extremely loud when leaving their room around 5:30am. Overall a nice hotel.

Air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived at 10pm. The front desk was able to move us to two rooms (5 people) which resolved the temperature problem but the condition of one of them was not great, fire safety door latch didn’t close properly. It’s renovated, but still reminds you of an aging hotel. Breakfast was lacking, no sausage or potatoes were available at 8am, needs better staffing to keep the common area clean (elevator, hallways smelled of strong cooking smells). Pablo at the front desk was friendly and responsive to our temperature issue when we called. Beds were comfortable and we slept well after the move but it was disappointing to be separated. I never leave reviews but the management should work on their property to make it comparable to similarly priced hotels.

We were greeted with smiles from all the staff. We got everything we paid for and more. I don’t think you can go wrong staying here. Very clean and beautiful.

When checking in, we were informed that there was in issue with the hot water but they had a plumber coming to fix it. After talking with another guest, the hot water has been off for days. Would have appreciated a heads up from the hotel so we could have tried to make other arrangements. We weren't even offered a discount.

I was disappointed to find that the remote control in our room did not work, we did not have any sheets or extra pillows for the pull out sofa bed, the cushions on the sofa was very dirty, and the breakfast was not good.

Upon check-in, my room had orange stains on the carpet and burn holes on the ottoman (pictured below with time stamps upon check-in). Felt unfairly targeted the entire stay. I never had 2 working room keys for my suite despite going to the front desk 3x for assistance with key cards not working. The pool was not stocked with towels from 4pm-closing. The staff said they were unable to replenish the towels when made aware because they had already put out towels for the entire day.
Hotel staff lied to my family and I about pool hours. Pool hours are listed as open until 11pm. At 10:15pm, the staff told me I had to get out of the pool because it was closed (depsite pool hour's being confirmed as 11pm when I checked in). The staff told me I was incorrectly told 11pm and that I had to vacate the pool within 10minutes or risk eviction for having a final warning. After I wrote an email to the manager to express feedback on how the staff treated me during my stay, I did not receive any correspondence from the manager. Instead my card was charged an additional $50 because the "maids must have found your room worth charging". I could not be given any more information on why the charges were added even though I offered to show pictures of the room condition before and after my stay. Overall, this was the most stressful stay I have had because of feeling targeted by one staff member in particular. I feel like the room charges were in retaliation to my feedback.

When we checked in, the hotel ran my credit card and sent us up to our room. The key entry was broken and required a maintenance person to let us in. We found out the room was not what we’d reserved. Desk clerk informed us the manager downgraded us as a result of a “better” reservation. We asked for our money back so we could go to a different hotel. We were told the desk clerk was not authorized to process refunds. He indicated that the manager would “do something in the morning to make it right”. We grudgingly agreed to take the downgraded room which ended up having a refrigerator that would not work, stained carpet (looked like someone had been murdered there) and a bed setup that did not match our requirements. If I could leave them zero stars out of ten, I would.
