The Village at Highlands Ranch
10/10 Excellent
"very nice"
Antlers Inn
10/10 Excellent
"We had a pleasant 2 night stay at The Antler Inn. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and really appreciated the room amenities. Nice in room coffee bar with a good brand name coffee. Room qwas absolutely spotless and detail to comfort was evident. My only suggestion would be to have a rubber mat available for shower, it was very slippery and definitely not great for older people. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and Lassen Volcanic National Park an easy drive. I wholeheartedly recommend The Antler Inn."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Lassen was ideal. The house had everything that we could have needed. The WiFi was strong and reliable. Communication with the host was excellent. Would highly recommend to others."
5 minutes to Lake Almanor! Cozy cabin -Brand new construction!

"Very cute and convenient! Perfect for two people."
Drakesbad Guest Ranch
10/10 Excellent
"Drakesbad was such an enjoyable stay! The free meals in their dining hall were an amazing perk especially since there’s nothing nearby and the food was INCREDIBLE! The staff were all very friendly and hospitable too. But be aware that the ranch is about 1.5 hours from the entrance of Lassen, which was a surprise for us. Otherwise, highly recommend! The rooms are no frills but it works for what you need."

2 Bedroom, Living room, Suite Chester/Lake Almanor Sleeps 4, Read Description.
10/10 Excellent
"This place was perfect for my husband and I, although I would not recommend it if you have trouble with stairs (living space is upstairs). It’s right in the heart of Chester so it was easily accessible to Holiday Market, restaurants in either direction, the lake, and Mt. Lassen. Most of all, Diane, our hostess, communicated so well and even sent a video of how to get to the place! It was just perfect for our short drive to Lassen for hiking, super clean, quiet, and cozy. Thanks for being the perfect hostess!"

"Lovely place. Very close to Lassen Volcanic, which was very helpful. My kids really enjoyed the bubbles and chalk they left for them. Very responsive hosts."
