Denver Devil's Head Fire Lookout Hotels

"This is a good place if you need something with amenities. Room was comfortable with a kitchenette, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and stove, stocked with a handful of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and cutlery. Pool is outdoor and is closed in May, small gym with a few exercise machines and free weights. Breakfast was included, but rather meh, eggs, sausage, and potato most days that could have been just a tad warmer, small choice of yogurts, apples and bananas. My only complaint would be room service which was to be every other day, but I checked in on Sunday and had to ask Thursday morning for someone to come by and at least get the trash, fairly confident no one came on Tuesday, they did change out towels, but didnt clean the small amount of cups/cutlery in the sink. I didnt see any dishwasher or dawn type product to do it myself. Its kind of in an indsutrial/office type area but dont let that deter you, very quiet, and convenient for supermarket, fast food, real food, and 470. Definitely recommend. It was also about $20 to 30 cheaper than similar places a few miles to the east."

"This place was great for a weekend getaway. Conveniently located near a freeway but just far enough away to feel quaint. Easy access to downtown and an hour drive to the mountains. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy"
