“Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. ”

“Excellent choice for a relaxing getaway! If you're looking to chill out and recharge, you'll absolutely love it here. The restaurant serves really great food. Breakfast is quite an experience in itself! Make sure you set aside at least 45 minutes because it's a full four-course meal. “The curb appeal was not good due to the new road being constructed , but from the entrance onwards, the hotel exceeded all expectations . It smelled clean and fresh, the public areas were spotlessly clean and the staff gave the warmest welcome from the moment we stepped in through the door . The language barrier did not provide any issues and the staff worked really hard to make us feel at ease and looked after .
