“Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. ”

“This was such a beautiful, jungle hotel property, with lots of amenities we really enjoyed. The service upon arrival was great, felt well taken care of. “Fantastic experience from beginning to end! The place is beautiful; rustic without being tacky, the room and the bed are enourmous, the shower heats up very quickly, it's super hot and it has a strong flow. The breakfast has plenty of variety, it's delicious and it's constantly replenished. All members of staff are wonderful and go above and beyond.
