「The room is spacious and clean. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are helpful. The hotel also locates at a very quiet location so I had a good sleep. The only disappointment is the breakfast doesn’t have much to choose. If I remember correctly it has less items then other Hampton I lived. Overall, a good place to stay for traveling Wilmington and Carolina Beach.」

「We were traveling from Florida through the night for a relatives funeral. My sister booked an extra night so when we arrived early the lady checking her in allowed us to stay the one night with them until we could check in later that day since we got there at 2 in the morning. The other lady who ended up checking us in saw the notes on file when we came back down stairs later on allowed us to check in a few hours before checkin. 「Great room at a great price. When you add in the free coffee (which is outstanding) and the free breakfast it is cheaper than all the equal competition. I will stay again and again at Tru.」

「The facility looks up to date and very clean. The room was very comfortable. The reason for the low review was cause of the small bugs found in the bathroom.」

「Ive stayed at this hotel several times and will keep coming back. Our room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The pool was undergoing repairs and so not usable. Also, i had to call the desk for toilet paper, as we had only half a roll and no extras. Breakfast choices were really good, including eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Good experience overall.」
