「Fairly comfortable stay」

「Not a great hotel! Firstly its impossible to get any email/facebook response, they just ignore you On arrival there was a massive line for check in so it took about 40 mins waiting in a hot reception area. Requested a high floor, didnt get one. Room was like a sauna with no air con and no fan. No toilet roll in the room, not even 1. Shower curtain was just stored on the floor Then on the last day we walked up to our room for our key card to not work so had to walk all the way back to...

「The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some....

「I got to give Patric, the manager, full praise. Really helpful. However, never again will I stay here when we are in the midst of a heavwave, or warm weather. My room had no windows, as it was central inside the building. It had a sky light in the ceiling, but could not open it for air. The room was like a greenhouse the whole time I stayed there.
