“Absolutely excellent, highly recommend. This is a beautiful resort set in stunning mountains, beautiful views all around. Service was first class from absolutely all staff that work here . I would like to say a special thank you to Shisha at the front desk for being so helpful. Aghishek, Nikita, Vasu, Jitendu thank you all for the amazing first class service , I’ve felt welcomed , everything has been so easy, the room has been cleaned to a high standard. The restaurant staff and cooks also……

“It's a great property with a great view, the food is expensive so I would recommend to opt for a Half Board meal plan. The food is tasy and staff is polite, helpful and hardworking. The Ropeway to McLeodganj is about 10km away only. It's a quiet property with great rooms. If you go for balcony make sure avoid ground floor as balcony is better if not on the ground floor. ”

“The staff were exceptionally helpful, specifically Priya Sharma (Cafe) and Akshay, Akash, Monica and Prem (Front Desk). The view from the roof top lounge is incredible. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We would stay at this hotel again.”

“The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night……
