「In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient.」

「The check-in & check out process was a little difficult to navigate due to multiple lobbies. Similarly we had trouble moving the luggage trolley around the property. At one point I got stuck in the parking garage and the key did not work on any of the doors to the elevator rooms. The area around the hotel was ok, but we really struggled with the surrounding air pollution.」
