“とても素敵なお部屋でした！ セキュリティもしっかりしていて、１Fにはスターバックス、B1にはスーパーマーケットがあり小さなフードコートも併設されており、とても便利でした。 とっても快適だったのですが、1点だけ残念なポイントとしては、南国なので仕方ないのかと思いますが、ダイニングキッチンに小さな蟻が住んでいるようで、 テーブルにもキッチンにも出てきてしまうため、 食材を置いておくことができなかった点です。 それ以外は、とても素敵ですし、安心ですし、オススメです！”

“Communication was good with host. Apartment was clean and had a magnificent view (20th floor). Easy check in with code. Everything worked well and new appliances. The problem is that the apartment was NOT the one listed and nothing like on pictures. No night tables and no decoration. The worst part is that it was with a rooftop pool but the pool is closed for many years now. This part was very disappointing, the rest was good. ”

“Totally disappointed . The place ranking was posted as a 4-star. However, it appears to be as a 1-star to me. No email, phone calls, or other communications for check-in instructions. When I arrived at the place, the staffs did not know anything about my reservation. No bellman services. I tried to call the number listed on my Expedia booking, one staff picked up the phone and asked me to send the copies of our passports via Viber, which was inappropriate and not safe for travelers. “Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty. It was dusty and run down. Did not look like the pictures they sent us. We contacted them immediately, but since it was past midnight when we landed, we agreed they could have come next……

“checkin was supposed to be 2pm, but it was 2 hours late due to room was not clean. there was no water for 10 hours, not even to flush the toilets. These apartments owners/staff, treat tourists very badly. They will make very hard to get the door key to the apartment, and keep you wait out side standing for hours without any reason. skip this apartment if you want to enjoy your trip.”
