"Easy walk to Disneyland entrance from hotel. "

"I was attending a convention at the convention center. This was a perfect location. My only qualm with the hotel is the floors are kind of thin so we heard every step of the person above us. Granted this is not a hotel problem It’s a person with no conscious effort to walk softly and not bang on the floor when you’re above somebody. Overall this was a great option for me at the Convention. "

"Everything was great, except the rooftop restaurant. They seated us but never served us claiming too many other customers. Poor communication and general last of respect for customers. Too bad because the rest of the Viv was excellent. "

"Although the hotel is older, they keep it clean and the restaurant was fantastic! We actually feel like the restaurant meal we had was better than the ones we had in the parks! I’m not a big fan of $200 deposits taken by the hotel so I didn’t like that. Otherwise it was great."

"Overall, I recommend this hotel. It felt safe and clean. I would stay here again in the future. Bed was comfortable after a long day at Disney. The walk is also not bad at all, roughly 15mins to where you are entering the Disney property (like off the street by the buses)."

"We received a email two days before we were supposed to be there saying that the kids area was closed. No pool, water slides, or activities. That’s the only reason we booked the room for 3 nights. Also after checking in they told us that the water to the hotel would be shut off from 12:00 am-5:00 am. After waking up the shower was cold no hot water!!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend booking a room here!!"
