「We really enjoyed our stay! We rented the penthouse. It was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 6. We enjoyed a good day of fishing. Christina was super friendly and helpful in the office. We would love to visit again!」

「Can't beat the location and the view! Idk if it was the time of year or if it's normal but the nice & quiet we enjoyed was a rare find. You can find your solace here. The view is worth the almost 9 hr drive. However, you need to arrive during the day bc at night the propery blends in. The tree house is compact, well thought out, & decorated nicely. It would have been really nice to use the outdoor area but it was a bit nippy.」

「Very clean, quite, fully stocked kitchen, tons of towels, there is a creek to drive thru but there is a walk bridge to go over if youre not comfortable driving thru it. Loved getting coffee and sitting outside listening to the animals early morning.」

「Myself and two friends went to Cotter to fish the white river. We found the house beautifully decorated and in great condition. It worked perfectly for us as base. Does the construction of the house is older? It is remarkably new and remodeled on the inside. My only recommendation would be to add additional recliners for tired fisherman after a long day on the white catching trout!」

「We had the best stay!! It was so quiet sitting on the deck every night. Stars galore! Owner was very friendly and great with communications. Several good restaurants in town. Beds are comfy and plenty of room, plenty of dishes. Definitely 10 out of 10 stars!! Would highly recommend if you want to float the Buffalo or visit Branson or just want some peace and quiet.」
