Very Communicative Property Manager and well-run Property

House is very well spaced to accommodate large groups. Good kitchen, well stocked with cooking materials. Hot tub is comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely rental house. Exactly as described and in very good condition. Stocked with everything we needed. Communication with manager seamless through text and email. Location is convenient and Mountain views from every window (and from the hot tub in the back patio!). Convenient location, if a bit of road noise from the highway.

Outstanding rental home and property management! The house was very well and quality appropriated, better than most rentals we have used! It was so nice to have kitchen dishes, glasses, cups and silverware of quality and quantity to serve our family! We had everything we needed and it was first class! Spring Break in Corinthian Hills

Property is in a great location 30 minutes to Vail, 10 to Breck and only 5 to Keystone. Our group had 7 people and ranged from 25 to 82 years old, while the 3 skiers skied the elders from our family were able to visit each of the towns. The place was large enough for our aunts great grand children and grand children were able to join us for dinner. The hot tub was great after skiing.

I originally thought that the living room was a walk through for some reason, I guess due to pictures but it wasn't (which wasn't a big deal & the house had plenty of space)! The bedrooms are nice and spread out. Kitchen was plenty big, nice big fridge, coffee maker and nice big dinner table. We stayed here & drove to Keystone, Beaver Creek & Breck. Being able to park in the garage was a nice feature too! I hope to be able to stay here again one day.

Perfect spot for a perfect trip

This house was perfect for our trip. Our daughter rents in Corinthian Hill so we wanted to stay as close as we could. The house is so comfortable and well equipped and the location can’t be beat. The hot tub felt so nice after a long day of skiing and the views are incredible. There were so many bars restaurants and stores close by so we never struggled to find what we needed. James was great to work with and I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. Thanks for a great trip.

James at A-1 was a very responsive host, sent all of our electronic access information ahead of time, responded to questions while we were there, and the house was in great shape with extra blankets, clean cookware, humidifiers, etc. Hot Tub was great also.

We had a problem which was immediately addressed by James at the management company. He worked very well with us. The house was well equipped with everything we could need. Two cars fit in the garage while the rest were on the driveway. Furnishings were comfortable and nicely up to date. Most of all everything was SUPER clean and there were views from every room in the house!

Dillon Getaway

My friends and I stayed in this house for our girls trip. It is such a great location. It is close to the lake, restaurants and shopping. The house itself was clean and stocked well. We would stay at this property again.

Perfect location

This was such a convenient location, with stunning views! We all (6 adults, one child) enjoyed our stay at this home. The only drawback (and that's only for those with old, weak knees, like me!) is there are lots of stairs. No long stairways, but several small ones, that are very common in multi-level mountain homes. The furnishings were very comfortable and we made good use of the hot tub and bbq grill.
