This condo has become a favorite for a mountain getaway. I love its Lake Dillon location. The views are spectacular and the condo is very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. Management is responsive and proactive. I have already booked a return visit.

The location is everything, I have stayed in the area several times. I was surprised at how the heaters in the rooms were very dusty, the beautiful double sliding glass doors with the million dollar view had not been cleaned forever. The strange dude underneath us with two large dogs barking was creepy. Such a shame that the area and the buildings near the Dillion Amphitheater are going down hill. Your view to the lake on the incredible balcony is very limited by three large trees, so be ready.

Super location with great views. Condo is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It's walkable to Dillon shops, farmers market, ampitheatre and restaurants. The bike/walking trails are across the street.We enjoyed the deck especially listening to the nearby concerts at the Dillon Ampitheatre. The layout was nice with bedrooms separated from the kitchen / living area / outside deck. For clarification, the jacuzzi / hot tub and sauna are in the master bath. The Jacuzzi is part of the bath tub, 1 person or 2 smaller people. The WiFi is not strong. If you plan to work remotely, it didn't support 2 people taking Teams calls at the same. time. We used our phone hot spots for better service.Overall a GREAT place and recommend it!

An absolute gem!

The property was very comfortable, clean and perfect for a little weekend getaway. The view was breathtaking from the porch and a perfect location walking distance to the Dillon amphitheater! Or to enjoy a concert from the porch!

Great Place and Location

Property is very nicely finished on the inside, has a great deck, and the kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you could want. A top-end place as Dillon condos go.
