Belvédère de la Rance Large and spacious house which felt very homely. Plenty of outside space which was very private. There is a free shuttle bus a short walk from the house- this doesn’t run on a Sunday and it is a good 30 minute walk in to town (steep in parts). The house has lots of ornaments and the stairs had a turn in them so whilst we had our 3 year old with us and were able to move most things out of reach it may not be completely suitable if you have a child who likes to be ‘in to everything’ or is a bit wobbly stairs. Overall though very good value for money and would recommend

Belvédère de la Rance "A large, stylish and beautiful house and very quiet location with a large garden (great for hide and seek) and stunning views across the countryside. The concierge was great and my family had a wonderful time exploring Dinan and chilling out in this lovely property. The only downside was that the hot tub was out of order. I think it's a seasonal thing so the listing should be updated to reflect this."

Une maison qui respire, où on a l'impression d'être seuls avec la nature. Pourtant, elle n'est qu'à 5 minutes du centre historique de Dinan! Beau jardin, pas de vis-à-vis, vue sur les champs alentours, parking voiture assez grand pour 4 véhicules. Personne qui nous a accueillie très très sympa et réactive ! C’était super. Belvédère de la Rance "Une maison au charme fou, située dans un écrin de verdure, au calme et à proximité du centre de Dinan (20/25 minutes à pieds) et de la petite commune de Léhon (10 minutes à pieds). Il y a même un chemin de halage reliant Léhon à Dinan, à faire absolument ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances et fêtes de fin d'année en famille dans cette jolie maison chaleureuse aux décors exotiques. Nous avons adoré. Nous tenons à remercier toute l'équipe de la conciergerie TERRE EMERAUDE pour la préparation du logement, et plus particulièrement Virginie pour son accueil et son sourire. Tout était parfait, rien ne manquait. Et il y avait même un petit sapin de noël qui nous attendait ! Génial ! Mille mercis à tous et à très bientôt car nous reviendrons, c'est sûr"

Terrasses et jardin et jacuzzi dont on ne se lasse pas. Accueil chaleureux des personnes de l'agence. 🙁 Ce qui pourrait être amélioré: 1; Fermeture des volets de la grande terrasse parfois difficile. 2.Changement du filtre du jacuzzi (mentionné par le jacuzzi lui-même) 3.Contact avec les propriétaires pour leur donner des conseils (Nous sommes nous-mêmes propriétaires d'un gîte)"
