“Excelente cafe da manhã e prestaividade da equipe”

“The staff was not especially friendly and the restaurant offerings were weak.”

“Lugar incrível, funcionários maravilhosos!!!! Super recomendo este lugar !”

“This is an overpriced hotel that has seen better times. The best of it, however, is its staff. The second is of moderate quality. It would be an OK hotel if it would cost half the price.”

“The whole staff is amazing, number one in customer service. Fernando at the front desk is always trying to help!”

“Nice staff,breakfast is very good”

“Very nice river view and warm reception”

“it's far away from the city but the metro station is really close. You can also take the bus number 140 to city. Although the staff can't speak English well, they are very helpful and kindness. The comfortable of room just fine, through you can hear the voice from the people who stay next to you.I wouldn't recommend their breakfast, but it's good enough for this room rate. You can easily find the restaurant, supermarkets and self-laundry shops around this area which is also very safe as well.”

“No AC, had to move by myself to another room, after maintenance staff suggested to just open the windows. Two times there were no towels after room service. The phone to call front desk had a busy signal all the time. Not recommended. ”
