"I booked a room for three nights in this hotel. The first two night I felt cheated the room I was given was small it was one of those adjourning rooms, the vents were extremely dusty, the bathroom mirror had a crusted custard-like stain that would not come off. The floor tiles were cracked and the wall paper was peeling from underneath the sink. Overall the quality of the room they gave me was poor for the first two nights. The shower had this very loud mechanical sound and on the second night I woke up to very loud drilling sound from the adjourning room...loud sounds trigger my migraines so I started having intense headaches. Immediately I entered the room on the first night I requested a transfer they said they had no rooms available; the manager was nice and professional but there was another black girl there that appeared mean and was unbothered. She was the one that gave me that frightful room as if she thought that was what I deserved.
If that was the only room I saw in that hotel I would never have though of going back. On the last night I was supposed to stay there after complaining several times the manager put me in a nicer bigger room. It changed my whole perspective of the place. I also have very high regards for the manager who was kind and accommodative. They gave me a $75 room credit. Overall the first two night were dreadful and I felt like I had to endure but the last night was okay."
