We did eventually figure it out but I immediately sent a message and received a message in response over 24 hrs later when I responded about a different issue. It has so many amenities that if the weather is bad or you do not feel like going out you can swim, hit the hot tub, relax in the sauna, watch a movie in the theater room or rock in the rockers by the fireplace and enjoy the beauty of the mountains.
